Okay, I’m back on my bruschetta kick, and I definitely don’t hate it. It’s just so good, so easy, and the perfect snack…or meal if you can’t stop eating them like me.
I decided to make bruschetta after I ventured to the farmers market this past weekend. I snagged a ton of veggies and fruits, including some beautiful figs and yellow cherry tomatoes.
