Week two of 52 in the books. We’ve officially broken in the 2018 planners (or bullet journals?) and are feeling refreshed, recharged and ready to attack the new year. Honestly, that refresh and recharge part took a little longer than usual after we spent the last bit of 2017 in Italy with family! Pasta, pizza, wine, repeat. It was everything and more, but we were surprisingly ready to return to a routine come January.
As we reflect on 2017 and look ahead to ’18, the topic of resolutions undoubtedly pops up. I’ve never really been a fan of New Year’s Resolutions. If you want to change something…change it, why wait for a day on a calendar? Easier said than done, I know.
While goal-setting is important year-round, I do appreciate that the beginning of a year provides the blank slate sometimes needed to set your sights on what to achieve or change in the coming months.
