Hotel bars can be so damn blah. Right? They get a bad rap for being stale and drab with sub-par drinks and average food. Easy targets for weary corporate travelers. But, the new bar in Hotel Crescent Court is essentially the opposite. Settled in the stunning lobby of the historic Dallas hotel, Beau Nash is a chic new spot for visitors and locals to enjoy light bites, sip champagne and wind down with a craft cocktail.
We love how Crescent Court has expanded and grown in recent years! It’s developed into a destination for luxury shopping, good eats (Nobu!), great coffee (hey, Ascension) and a buzzing social scene (shout out, Moxie’s).
At the center of it all is the hotel, which has had a place in Dallas history for the past 30 years. Hotel Crescent Court recently underwent a $30 million (!!) renovation to restore it to its original grandeur, and Beau Nash was a product of that restoration.
The swanky champagne lounge offers bubbles and wine by the glass or bottle and signature cocktails for any palette. Hotel Crescent Court is described as “a place to see and be seen,” and Beau Nash totally fits this scene. It’s open and chic and in the middle of Uptown. Honestly, Kelsie and I try to avoid the whole cliché of Uptown, but a champagne bar obviously grabbed our attention!
Now, let’s talk food. You won’t find sad house salads and average sliders at this hotel bar. Beau Nash’s menu is sophisticated AF, boasting oysters, grilled beef tenderloin, truffle caviar eggs and seared ahi tuna. Would you expect anything less from Uptown?
It’s classy and indulgent without the pomp and circumstance of a fancy steakhouse. This would actually be a perfect date location, considering it’s impressive, unique and you can likely find a quiet, cozy spot in the lobby to chat. Added bonus – the staff is incredibly nice and super accommodating! All said and done, you should slip Beau Nash into your Rolodex of must-try bars in Dallas.
